• Salary : Up to $2800 (depend on experiences)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process sales orders and quotations
• Coordinate and liaise with clients on their enquires on the products, services and order status
• Build and maintain strong rapport with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with various stakeholders in the company
• Prepare regular reports on sales, client feedbacks and KPI

Requirements:

• Diploma with 2 years working experience as customer service  in B2B environment in an advantage
• Able to handle both English and Chinese written documents
• Able to travel to the customer’s location to resolve issues as they arise.
• Proficiency in CRM system and MS Office
