• Coordinating with teams regarding inventory needs, stocks ordering / processing, delivery schedule pre-alerts, short expiry SKUs
• Liaison with third-party Logistics provider on Delivery Schedule, variance in Stocks Receiving, missing information in Delivery Order when needed 
• Assist for stocks return, stocks exchange and stocks adjustment functions
• Generate various daily, weekly and monthly performance reports in an orderly and timely manner
• Assist with the procurement of centres equipment & miscellaneous items
   

Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in Salon / Retail Management will have added advantage
• Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, MS words
• Those with working knowledge in SAP will have an added advantage
• Highly organized, meticulous, motivated with a strong sense of ownership 
• Strong interest & passion in retail operations 
   

Other Information:

• 5 days’ work week, Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Office directly connected to Paya Lebar MRT (Paya Lebar Square Office Tower)
