Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry:
• Accurately input data into banking systems, ensuring all financial transactions are entered correctly and efficiently.
• Verify and edit data as needed, cross-checking input with source documents.
2. Record Maintenance:
• Maintain databases and ensure that records are up to date.
• Archive historical information as required.
3. Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Assist in the processing of back-office tasks such as account maintenance and transaction processing.
4. Document Management:
• Organize, file, and retrieve documents and reports.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
5. Compliance:
• Follow all regulatory and departmental data entry and processing procedures.
• Support the compliance team by providing data for audits.
6. Customer Service:
• Respond to internal inquiries related to data and transactions.
• Communicate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies or issues.
