Job Overview
We are seeking a Department Director with strategic vision and exceptional leadership to lead and manage our Singapore business unit. This role will be a core member of the management team, responsible for developing and executing departmental development strategies, achieving business objectives, and driving cross-departmental collaboration. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the department's business development strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
Business Management: Take full responsibility for the department's business operations, including budget management, resource allocation, and performance target achievement.
Team Building: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, building a high-performing organizational culture.
Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and drive business innovation and revenue growth.
Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, marketing, finance, and other functional departments to drive the implementation of key strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly evaluate business performance, and report to senior management.
Risk Management: Ensure departmental operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, and effectively manage business risks.
Job Requirements
Master's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in senior management positions at multinational financial institutions or technology companies.
Proven exceptional leadership and team management skills, with successful experience leading large-scale teams.
Excellent strategic planning and business management capabilities, with a proven track record of driving rapid business growth.
Deep understanding of the fintech industry and keen business acumen.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities, capable of driving business growth in complex environments.
International perspective and cross-cultural management experience.
