Responsibilities:

Coordinate document flow over client, subcontractors and internal documentation like project plans, manuals, blueprints, progress reports, vendor contracts, technical submissions, or equivalent and drawings etc.

Maintain an organized filing system (PEP) to meet our ISO requirements.

Processing goods received and updating the system.

Support team in compilation of invoices, tracking inventory/equipment listing
-
Other administration support to home office and site team for infrastructure set up, manpower allocation, time attendance & leave management, etc.

Ordering of grocery & stationary from home office
-
Schedule for water dispenser, copier & plotter maintenance
-
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager
Requirements:-

Minimum Diploma & Above.
-
Able to work independently with at least 2 year of Project Administration experience.

Competent in MS Office
-
Good interpersonal and communication skill
-
Good command of spoken and written English
