• Drive population profiling to inform system planning and care delivery to become more effective use of population health data to draw insights for strategic planning
• Assist in the development and maintenance of PHM profiling products
• Assist in the consolidation and and reporting of Population Health indicators performance
• Strategic planning and facilitation for Population Health Data and/or Analytics User Group and Health
• Assist in data and/or data analytics requests for PHM

Job Requirements
•    Bachelor in Mathematics, Public Health or Statistics would be preferred

• Experience in population health or healthcare planning roles preferred
  •    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required and experience in data analytics and visualization tools will be an advantage.
• Strong written, analytical and communication skills;
• Good people management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with effective time management
• Ability to work well independently and as a team player.
