Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls, reply to online inquiries, and follow up with customers for quotations.
  • Issue invoices, arrange courier services, and perform data entry using XERO.
  • Monitor government grants, liaise with schools for intern recruitment
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, prepare blogs, send EDMs
  • Mange the office and organize team bonding events to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean or SPR only
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and XERO.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
