Develop, implement, and refine experimental methods and techniques based on organizational requirements, ensuring they meet scientific standards. Serve as the primary expert in these methods, keeping them updated by monitoring advancements in the field. Provide supervision and training to staff on experimental techniques and laboratory technology systems.
Plan and oversee activities within well-defined programs, ensuring alignment with timelines and schedules. Coordinate daily tasks within the Cell Bioassays team and manage additional study measurements. Act as the primary contact for study-related matters, facilitating collaboration within the team and participating in resource planning and scheduling.
Deliver high-quality results within set timeframes, analyze study-related data and reports using scientific and technical principles, and draw conclusions. Review routine data, monitor for deviations, and escalate issues as needed. Lead investigations into unusual findings and propose Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Provide support to the in vivo department by conducting clinical pathology analyses, including sample testing for chemistry, hematology assessments, and various other assays.
