Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation of the equipment and procedures for the Plant area to which he/she has been assigned.
- Manipulation of equipment and controls to carry out procedures, and completion of analytical in-process for process decisions and verification, and housekeeping of the work area.
- Responsible for seven basic performance areas – Yield, Capacity, Safety/Health/and Environmental, Quality, Plant Condition, Skill Development and Other Costs.
- Carry out all procedures in such manner to optimize efficiency in which materials are converted into finished products and to minimize the generation of wastes.
- Maximize the effective capacity for the equipment he/she has been assigned.
Requirements
- Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Chemical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in the chemical manufacturing environment.
