Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point of contact for all local HSE-related issues.
• Develop and maintain an effective Health and Safety Management System in line with Group policies and best practices.
• Create and implement an effective HSE strategy to support continuous improvement.
• Conduct accident/incident investigations and prepare/provide necessary reports.
• Perform HSE inspections, audits, and training as required.
• Offer practical and informed advice to managers on Company Policies and H&S legislation for both routine and non-routine matters.
• Stay updated on current HSE management best practices and theories to advise effectively and ensure relevant application in line with business objectives, culture, and environment.
• Maintain effective working relationships with key personnel across all businesses through proactive site visits and regular communication.
• Ensure HSE remains a focused strategy, supporting management in identifying priorities and monitoring performance against strategic objectives.
• Always exercise due regard for the health and safety of all in line with Company policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to Junior HSE Executives when required.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma with 3+ years of experience.
• Registered Workplace Health & Safety Officer.
• Experience in leading a training team.
• Strong team coordination and motivation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Decisive and able to handle pressure.
• Knowledge of HSE management systems.
