Implementation phase Post Implementation phase

Morning 7:00am to 3:30pm 7:00am to 4:30pm

Afternoon 1:30pm to 10:00pm 10:30am to 7:30pm

Night 9:00pm to 7:00am 7:30pm to 7:00am

• Provide clinical support for continuity of clinical systems such as Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM), Cerebral Plus (C+) and other clinical systems

• Gather feedback/requirements for clinical systems improvement

• Participate in clinical systems testing

• Facilitate with end -users training session

• Provide both onsite and offsite clinical support to the end-users pre and post implementation and during downtime procedures.

• Provide 24 x7 on-call application support to end users through rostering
