User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Specialist #HMS

Working hours: Office hrs except implementation period whereby staff will be put on rotation shifts including weekend/ PH

up to 3200

No experience required as training will be provcided

· Provide clinical support for continuity of clinical systems such as Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM), Cerebral Plus (C+) and other clinical systems

· Gather feedback/requirements for clinical systems improvement

· Participate in clinical systems testing

· Facilitate with end -users training session

· Provide both onsite and offsite clinical support to the end-users pre and post implementation and during downtime procedures.

· Provide 24 x7 on-call application support to end users through rostering
