We are looking for a results-oriented, passionate Sales Manager to join our Singapore team. This role will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining existing client relationships, promoting the company's cross-border payment and treasury management solutions, and achieving business growth targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales skills, deep industry knowledge, and outstanding client relationship management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Actively seek and develop new clients, build a strong sales channel, focusing on SMEs, cross-border e-commerce, and multinational corporations.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop long-term strategic partnerships with key clients, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Solution Selling: Deeply understand customer needs, effectively communicate the Airwallex product value proposition, and provide customized fintech solutions to clients.

Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring sales targets are met.

Market Insights: Continuously monitor market competition dynamics and industry trends, providing feedback for product development and marketing strategies.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales performance and regularly report sales progress and market conditions to management.

Compliance Execution: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, or a related field

3-5 years of B2B sales experience, with preference given to candidates with a background in FinTech, Payments, or Financial Services sales.

Proven track record of outstanding business development capabilities and consistent sales performance.

Familiarity with cross-border payments, foreign exchange management, or corporate treasury management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience using CRM systems (such as Salesforce).

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent customer relationship building and maintenance skills.
