• Greet all customers with a smile and make them feel welcome
• Understand and anticipate customer needs with empathy and patience
• Guide customers to the appropriate sales staff based on their needs
• Support tele-calling and participate in outdoor marketing initiatives
• Handle post-visit follow-up calls and feedback collection
• Accurately record customer feedback and observations in CRM
• Maintain a professional appearance and friendly demeanor
• Collaborate with sales and back-office teams to ensure seamless service
• Resolve minor concerns or escalate them to the relevant department

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal & written communication in English
Proficiency in local languages: Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu (any are a plus)
Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
Strong sense of teamwork, adaptability, and multitasking
Proactive problem-solving attitude
