Customer Service Executive - Full Time

We're looking for a meticulous and independent individual to join our team.

You will be in charge of attending to customer's emails
  • Host and reply to all online/media enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
  • Handle and resolve customers' complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Process exchanges, returns and issue credits
  • Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and process customer's exchanges and returns efficiently.

  • Positive with a willing to learn attitude
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Customer-orientated and passionate
  • Ability to solve issues efficiently
  • Has a high level of professionalism, work ethics and honesty
  • Meticulous

Requirements:
  • A strong interest in fashion
  • Good command of English
  • Min education: Diploma
  • Basic Excel Skills required
  • Able to work independently
  • Minimum commitment of one year
  • Only Singaporeans or Perm Residents
  • Will be required to work on weekends
