Working Hours: 5 days work week

• Monday to Friday
• Earliest shift: 8.30am to 6pm, Latest shift: 10:30am to 7:00pm (sometimes until 8:00pm)
• Every month, 1x Saturday half day, based on roster. (8am to 12pm)

Job Description:

• Provide front line customer service and handling patients enquiries
• Provide financial counselling and advices to patients
• Updating of patient particulars in the system
• Attend to appointment scheduling requests
• Assist in treatment and medical examination when needed
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Good communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
• Candidates with customer service experience will have advantage
• Comfortable working in all healthcare settings
