• 8+ years of experience in tools architecture, consultation, and solution delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CICD, APM, and ServiceNow platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Able to lead in fast-paced, cross-functional technical environments.
