Working days & hours: 5days Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 6pm

Location: Near Tuas Link MRT

Salary: $2000 - $2800

Job scopes:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, or face-to-face inquiries from customers.
• Manage sales Inquiries, customer order, processing orders
• Generate delivery order & invoices, resolves customer issues
• Share customer feedback and suggestions with relevant departments.
• Assist in preparing reports related to customer service.
