Responsibilities:
  • Conduct trainings to agents and customers on how to use AIA+ mobile app
  • Guide walk-in agents and customers on how to use AIA+ mobile app
  • Assist agents and customers to troubleshoot any issues using AIA+ mobile app
  • Return calls to agents and customers to update status of the issues
  • Raise JIRA for any issues and follow up closely on the status with stakeholders till the issues are resolved
  • Compile feedback and submit it to the working committee as per the agreed schedule
  • Guide agents on using the sales quotation engine
  • Undertake any other projects/tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements:
  • GCE A Level / Diploma or Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High troubleshooting skills
  • Able to articulate and communicate clearly both in written and spoken forms
  • Have a strong customer centric mindset
  • Candidates with experience in JIRA will be a bonus
