- Strong experience in Evaluation, designing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions.
- Good experience in gathering technical requirements and propose solutions based on client's architectural and business needs.
- Experience translating technical information in to easy-to-understand business concepts.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online & On Prem.
- Good experience in Customer Service and Sales module.
- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365
- Good experience on PCF, Data verse Configuration, Java Script, Type script, Plugins/Custom Workflows, Power Automate D365 Application Development and Power Platform.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules
- Microsoft SQL Server understanding
- Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering.
- Ability to code to demonstrate product capability, POC or showcase leverage of features , best practices , patterns etc.
- Maintain & contribute towards technical solutions, technical best practices, and design/coding guidelines/standards.
