The candidate is expected to perform the following duties:

• Prioritise and process customer orders/requests
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and patiently.
• Experience with Tradenet for inward/outward permit declaration
• Learn how to use Tracking system technology to deliver great customer care
• Good exposure to freight forwarding environment
• Supports sales manager on in-house sales calls
• Able to communicate with overseas agents for quote/operational related matters
