Customer Service:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from customers promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with order placements, delivery schedules, and product/service information
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and follow up on customer feedback

Administrative Support:
  • Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, and photocopying
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately
  • Assist in preparing reports, quotations, invoices, and delivery orders
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager
