Brief Job Description
GMS Application Helpdesk - Level 1 support to Grant Management System, Incident Management and Reporting
1. Supporting the Service Desk and performing 2nd level support to incoming queries (including analysing and troubleshooting).
2. Tracking and liaising with internal team to ensure that problem tickets are closed in timely manner
3. Liaising with external client IT team to ensure that problem tickets are closed with right governance process
4. Assist in the User ID management support and queries
5. Perform level 1 support for Secured FTP interfaces with external agencies"
6. Provide immediate guidance to end users with good quality documentation
