- Handle and respond to daily user emails and messages, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and coordinate responses to meet customer needs.
- Collect and organize user feedback to support improvements in service and processes.
- Track reported bugs and assist in risk control and documentation for product optimization.
- Compile regular reports on common issues to support decision-making and enhance service quality.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification (fresh graduates welcome);
- Proficient in English with strong written communication; Mandarin preferred for bilingual coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Able to work proactively, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Familiarity with email handling tools and customer support systems is a plus.
