Job Responsibilities
  • Handle and respond to daily user emails and messages, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and coordinate responses to meet customer needs.
  • Collect and organize user feedback to support improvements in service and processes.
  • Track reported bugs and assist in risk control and documentation for product optimization.
  • Compile regular reports on common issues to support decision-making and enhance service quality.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification (fresh graduates welcome);
  • Proficient in English with strong written communication; Mandarin preferred for bilingual coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work proactively, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Familiarity with email handling tools and customer support systems is a plus.
