Working Hrs: 42hrs/week
Responsibilities:
1. IT Support Specialist: Provide on-site technical support for EUCD and Server/Network hardware/software issues.
2. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify and fix technical problems with EUCD and Server/Network systems.
3. On-site Support: Provide technical assistance and support on-site, as requested.
4. Hardware/Software Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of EUCD and Server/Network systems.
5. Ensure System Uptime: Minimize downtime and ensure systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
6. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with MP and other stakeholders to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
1. Diploma or Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
1. IT Support Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in providing technical support for hardware/software issues.
2. EUCD Knowledge: Familiarity with end-user computing devices (e.g., laptops, desktops).
3. Server/Network Knowledge: Understanding of server and network systems.
4. Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
