Customer Service Officer - Entry-Level

We are hiring friendly and reliable Customer Service Officers!
No prior experience needed - freshers are welcome. If you can type and have a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Respond to messages or emails in a clear and professional manner.
  • Enter and update information accurately into our systems.
  • Support day-to-day office tasks such as printing, scanning, and filing.
  • Maintain a polite and helpful attitude with customers and team members.
  • Follow simple procedures and escalate issues to supervisors if needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum O-Level / A-Level / equivalent.
  • Typing Skills: Basic typing ability with reasonable speed and accuracy.
  • Language: Able to speak clearly in English. Ability to speak in Tamil or Hindi is a bonus, but not required.
  • Computer Use: Basic knowledge of using a computer (typing, navigating screens, etc.).
  • Attitude: Willing to learn, follow instructions, and work well with others.

  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Able to stay calm and polite under pressure.

No prior experience is required - full training will be provided!
