We're a Managed Services Provider (MSP) that works with fast-growing clients who don't tolerate downtime - and we've built a team that doesn't either.

‍ Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

• Solve real-world IT problems, not just textbook scenarios
• Support, secure, and manage systems across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, and Teams
• Keep networks secure and clients happy (with monitoring tools and your brain)
• Deploy devices, automate policies, and slap ransomware where it hurts
• Be part of project rollouts, onboarding, documentation and config - no coffee-fetching here ☕

What You Already Know:

• You've clocked in 3-5 years of real IT ops work (in-house or MSP - both welcome)
• You're confident with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Entra ID, Defender, Intune, and can explain what Conditional Access does
• You understand network basics (like VLANs, DNS, firewall rules) and can survive a client Zoom call without crying
• You like learning, fast-moving environments, and working with actual humans
