Responsibilities:
  • To attend to merchant enquiry.
  • Perform 1st level technical support over phone to merchant.
  • To perform daily administrative data entry accurately.
  • Documents scanning and filing.
  • Perform data verification.
  • Maintains and accurately update customer's enquiry, problem and resolution into our portal.
  • Assist in any Adhoc Customer Care releated matters.

Requirements:
  • Preferably a minimum of 1 year working experience in customer service support.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality and ability to work under pressure.
  • Eyes of details.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Able to work on shift including weekends and public holidays.
