Job Scope:
- Coordinate import and export documentation such as Bills of Lading, LC paperwork, and FTA certificates to support shipments
- Provide customer guidance on customs regulations, manage after-sales support, and ensure seamless transaction completion
- Address and resolve customer enquiries or complaints promptly, maintaining service quality
- Dispatch accurate documentation to clients, agents, carriers, and forwarders in a timely manner
- Cultivate strong relationships with shipping lines and freight agents to ensure smooth logistics coordination
- Oversee container inventory control and coordinate container maintenance and repair operations
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or certificate in logistics/ supply chain or equivalent
- Relevant experience in supply chain/ warehouse/ logistics will be a plus
- Entry levels are welcomed, training provided
