- Position Title: Customer Service Executive (House Moving)
- Working Location: Tuas West (Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,500
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-move surveys and check cargo volumes at Japanese clients' residences or offices.
- Coordinate the provision and collection of packing materials and manage condo elevator bookings.
- Assist with cargo moving, joining packing crews for packing list arrangements and customer care.
- Arrange import/export documentation and ensure smooth communication with Japanese clients.
- Schedule and manage pick-ups/deliveries, explain moving regulations, and handle client inquiries.
- Prepare accurate quotations and invoices.
- Manage stock-taking and material purchases.
- Coordinate house removal packaging with moving crews.
- Plan and manage customer move schedules.
- Send weekly reports and handle job closures and invoicing.
- Collaborate with Operations during off-peak seasons for documentation processes.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/customer service related to move coordination.
- Fluent in Japanese and English; TOEIC score of 730+, to effectively serve Japanese clients.
- Ability to work on Saturdays, with off-in-lieu granted
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
