Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
\t• \tRespond to customer inquiries via chat and social platforms
\t• \tProvide prompt and professional after-sales support
\t• \tManage order issues, refunds, and delivery concerns
Daily Operations & Fulfilment
\t• \tPack customer orders accurately and efficiently
\t• \tCoordinate and arrange timely delivery with logistics partners
\t• \tEnsure smooth daily workflow and maintain stock readiness

\t• \tPrior experience in e-commerce or online customer service
\t• \tFamiliar with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or similar platforms
\t• \tResponsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
\t• \tAble to work independently in a fast-paced environment
