Location: Maxwell (Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar)
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
Contract Duration: 6 Months, Extendable based on performance
Salary: $13 - $20 per hour

Job Scope:

• Attend to daily enquiries and escalations from the public via emails and phone calls
• Sort, triage, and manage incoming public cases effectively
• Provide administrative support to the team and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or any public-facing role is an advantage
