Customer Service Officer (School Bus Service)

Location: North - Woodlands Marsiling

5 Days Work Week

School Holiday: 9am - 4pm

School Day: 7am - 5pm

Salary: $2600 - $3000

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily inquiries from parents & schools on bus schedules and delays
• Send real-time updates via text (delays, route changes, emergencies)
• Liaise with operations team to resolve service issues promptly
• Manage complaints, track records, and support admin reporting

Requirements:

• Good teamwork & communication skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese preferred
