Customer Service cum Sales Coordinator [ Spare Part ]

• Working hours: Mon- Fri 9am-6.15pm (45mins lunch break)
• Tuas Drive [ Gul Circle MRT ]
• Basic: $2,800 - $3,500 + Variable Bonus

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales, heavy vehicle spare parts.
• Proficient in Accpac, accounting system.

Job Scopes:

• Manage documentation ( Quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders) - Spare Parts [ Heavy Vehicle ]
• Ensure proper packing of goods for delivery / export [ Overseas clients include Hong Kong and Macau ]
• Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Monitor stock movement
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
