Responsibilities
- Present and promote the centre's programmes and educational approach to prospective and existing clients
- Manage customer enquiries and sales transactions promptly and professionally
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Coordinate student scheduling, inventory, and general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma qualification
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in the education sector
- Proficient in MacOS and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and committed to service excellence
- Willing to work across locations based on operational needs
