Job Description
Requirements
- Deal direct with customers by either telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle products and services enquiries.
- Perform customers' verifications.
- New customer accounts set-up.
- Keep records of customers' interactions and transactions.
- Administrative work and tabulation of outlet reports.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Minimum Diploma & above.
- Positive working attitude and good communication skills.
- Great knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Effectively proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- IT skills required (administrative work)
- Able to commit to retail working hours.
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
