Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive to manage customer relationships, support sales activities, and handle administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure high customer satisfaction, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate across internal teams to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Track client interactions, follow-ups, and service requests.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.

Sales Support
  • Assist in lead management, proposal creation, and follow-up coordination.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for the sales team.
  • Generate and share sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.

Administrative Support
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to customer and sales activities.
  • Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, and performance summaries.
  • Assist with organizing internal and client-facing events or reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, or sales coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office
