Job Title: Laundry Service Team Member

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Working Hours: Wednesday to Sudnay 10 hours per day / Starting at 10am

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-oriented individual to join our laundry service team. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, capable of lifting and handling laundry items, and comfortable communicating in English with customers. This role involves both in-shop customer service and light offsite service within a nearby radius.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and return dry clean and laundry items to customers professionally.
• Assist customers with operating self-service laundry machines.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop and laundry areas.
• Perform offsite collection and delivery of laundry within a 1km radius (walking or with provided equipment).
• Assist with curtain removal and installation at customer locations when required.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to walk-in and returning customers.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and laundry handling protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to handle lifting of laundry and curtains.
• Able to communicate in English (basic spoken English sufficient).
• Friendly, responsible, and punctual.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Prior experience in customer service or laundry is a plus but not required.
