JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
* Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients.
*Coordinate and manage commnication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve sustomer concerns
*Abaktze cystiner feedback from guests and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings.
*Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service standards and addressing customer feedback.
*Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
*establish friendly relationships with regular clients.
*Foster a ulture of hospitality excellince, professionalism, and continuous improvement among team members.
*Oversee day-to day operations of the outlet, ensuring that everthing runs smoothly and efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
+ Japanese knowledge and speaking is advantage.
+ Good communication skills are must
+ Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
+Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
+Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance.
+Ability to work flexible hours
