Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Assist operation / logistics manager in carrying out duties
- Customer Order processing and monitoring shipment status
- Shipment coordination with Forwarder and Trucker
- Generate shipment report
- Update and file shipping documents
- Perform invoicing to customer
- Assist program on daily report / data support
- Perform shipment declaration
- Undertake any other reasonable duties/ projects which may be required from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N or O levels and above.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry or order processing.
- Well-versed in Permit Declarations, Customs Procedures, Import / Export / LC documentation, Major Exporter Scheme is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP, WMS and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, Independent, meticulous and team player
