Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist operation / logistics manager in carrying out duties
  • Customer Order processing and monitoring shipment status
  • Shipment coordination with Forwarder and Trucker
  • Generate shipment report
  • Update and file shipping documents
  • Perform invoicing to customer
  • Assist program on daily report / data support
  • Perform shipment declaration
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties/ projects which may be required from time to time.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE N or O levels and above.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry or order processing.
  • Well-versed in Permit Declarations, Customs Procedures, Import / Export / LC documentation, Major Exporter Scheme is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP, WMS and Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, Independent, meticulous and team player
