- Daily triggering and assigning of jobs, liaise with driver and call management team.
- Email call management team to check on spare parts' estimated delivery date and time.
- Liaise with customer on shipment dates.
- Work with Ops RMA team on unused parts.
- Arrange red rush ordering with APDC HUB warehouse and driver.
- AHOC collection activation request by call management team or engineers.
- Follow up with customer and call management team on back order and manual release (recovery).
- Prepare loan form for customer to sign for loan of spare parts.
- Backup on preparation of airway bill and invoices.
Requirements:
- Minimum N-Level
- Willing to learn, hold responsibility and take stress.
- Able to work as a team and support each other.
