Job Description:
  • Daily triggering and assigning of jobs, liaise with driver and call management team.
  • Email call management team to check on spare parts' estimated delivery date and time.
  • Liaise with customer on shipment dates.
  • Work with Ops RMA team on unused parts.
  • Arrange red rush ordering with APDC HUB warehouse and driver.
  • AHOC collection activation request by call management team or engineers.
  • Follow up with customer and call management team on back order and manual release (recovery).
  • Prepare loan form for customer to sign for loan of spare parts.
  • Backup on preparation of airway bill and invoices.


Requirements:
  • Minimum N-Level
  • Willing to learn, hold responsibility and take stress.
  • Able to work as a team and support each other.
