Customer Service & Admin Support Executive

Work Hours: Monday to Fridays, office hours

Background:

You will be part of a public sector organisation focused on national transport initiatives in Singapore. You will play a key role in supporting the roll-out of a new system that will serve the public. This role involves managing inbound feedback channels and performing data compilation and analysis to ensure smooth operations and informed decision-making. It is suited for candidates with prior experience in customer support and data handling, who enjoy both people interaction and back-end process work.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to public queries through inbound calls and emails in a professional and service-oriented manner
  • Manage case logging and escalation within the newly implemented system
  • Compile, verify, and analyse statistical data and service records
  • Generate reports and highlight key operational trends to support planning
  • Support the team with general administrative and operational duties
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and follow-up for case closure and resolution

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or higher in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and basic data analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and organised
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
