Department: CFS – Service Transformation – Customer Assurance (Fraud Handling)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for customers reporting scam or fraud-related incidents.

  • Conduct thorough, impartial, and timely investigations into scam allegations.

  • Analyse data, documentation, and call logs to identify trends or recurring fraud tactics.

  • Offer well-reasoned recommendations based on investigative findings.

  • Collaborate closely with internal fraud teams and stakeholders to resolve cases effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records of investigations and ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance requirements.

  • Uphold OCBC’s customer service standards by delivering clear, professional, and empathetic communication at all times.
