Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver professional customer service support through email and phone channels.
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries, escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Handle end-to-end sales order processing and coordinate stock allocation and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain regular contact with assigned customers to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Generate and compile data for periodic reporting purposes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve customer-related matters in a timely manner.
  • Introduce and recommend additional products or solutions to existing customers where appropriate.
  • Participate in various tasks, assignments, and projects as directed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in order management, delivery coordination, and customer relationship support.
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in managing customer interactions via email and phone, including handling inquiries and claims.
  • Proactive, diligent, and self-motivated individual.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and basic formulas.
  • Prior experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a team environment while working independently when required.
  • Immediate availability is a plus but not mandatory.
