- Deliver professional customer service support through email and phone channels.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Handle end-to-end sales order processing and coordinate stock allocation and delivery schedules.
- Maintain regular contact with assigned customers to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Generate and compile data for periodic reporting purposes.
- Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve customer-related matters in a timely manner.
- Introduce and recommend additional products or solutions to existing customers where appropriate.
- Participate in various tasks, assignments, and projects as directed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in order management, delivery coordination, and customer relationship support.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in managing customer interactions via email and phone, including handling inquiries and claims.
- Proactive, diligent, and self-motivated individual.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and basic formulas.
- Prior experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Able to collaborate effectively in a team environment while working independently when required.
- Immediate availability is a plus but not mandatory.
