• To communicate efficiently with customers, shipping lines, transport team, trucking partners and overseas offices in order to ensure smooth pickup/ delivery of the shipments.

• Ensure customer requirements are meet, customers are up-to-date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise.

• Knowledge of declaring Forms and COO is preferred

• Ensure all transactions are handled in an accurate, complete and timely manner

• Liaise with Shipping Line/Agent for freight quote & booking

• Preparing of payment vouchers, verifications of vendor costings, closing of all shipment files and filling of documents
  • Customer-driven, service-oriented and possesses Can-Do attitude
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Keen interest to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work with passion and accountability
