IT Support Specialist

A new opportunity has just arisen at a well-established Singapore brand to support IT systems and cloud platforms in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Purpose:
Deliver hands-on IT support and manage cloud and infrastructure systems across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, and software used across the business
• Set up and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, system, and hardware issues
• Manage IT assets, licenses, and ensure compliance with security policies
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams for IT upgrades and integration

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 years' hands-on experience in Azure cloud environments
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure or network operations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (Windows, M365, Intune, SCCM, WSUS)
• Able to troubleshoot system issues and replace IT hardware or software
• Relevant IT certifications in Azure, Microsoft, or Cloud technologies

The successful IT Infrastructure Specialist must possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT issues and experience working with Microsoft ecosystems and network technologies.
