Commitment: Full-time | Contract Duration: 6 months (Convertible to perm)
Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and efficient service in order processing via hotline, email, and sales orders.

Communicate critical information such as urgent delivery requests and special timing requirements to the delivery team, ensuring proper follow-through until completion.

Ensure strict adherence to processes involving sales restrictions, pricing approvals, and other principal-specific requirements.

Coordinate and manage the flow of information among customers, principals, warehouse, and delivery teams regarding order status and delivery arrangements.

Handle feedback and resolve issues on the spot where possible. Assign more complex cases to relevant departments for follow-up.

Provide administrative support when required, including data entry, filing, document retrieval, and other assigned tasks.
