Job Duties
  • First point of contact for the customers assigned
  • Use the various tools to facilitate the orders until it reaches customer
  • Provide open order report and alert customer pro-actively on shipments
  • Co-ordinate with plant and customer on the reject returns
  • Adhere to Sanmina Policy and procedures
  • Involve in audits and manage invoice payment issues if any
  • Facilitate customer visits as and when needed

Job Requirements
  • Minimum with Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
  • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Preferable working experience in the manufacturing industry
