Job Requirements:
- Required to work 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays (Able to work graveyard shift from 9.30pm to 8.30am occasionally)
- Required to work in rotating shift and shift allowance will be provided accordingly.
- Adequate telephone skills and proper etiquette.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment due to high volume of inquiries
- Experience in working contact center industry will be an added advantage
- No working experience is welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided
