Job Requirements:

  • Required to work 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays (Able  to work graveyard shift from 9.30pm to 8.30am occasionally)
  • Required to work in rotating shift and shift allowance will be provided accordingly.
  • Adequate telephone skills and proper etiquette.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment due to high volume of inquiries
  • Experience in working contact center industry will be an added advantage
  • No working experience is welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided
