Location: Changi North Rise
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Weekend Work: 1 rotational weekend per month (with 1 weekday off as compensation)
Contract Duration: 6 months (potential extension through end of 2025)
Transport: No transportation or allowance provided
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage flight and maintenance training schedules for multiple aircraft models in alignment with customer requirements and internal planning.

Optimize resource utilization across students, instructors, classrooms, and simulation devices.

Perform end-to-end scheduling logistics to support training delivery, including liaising with internal teams and external airline customers.

Monitor schedule changes, assess impacts, and promptly notify relevant stakeholders.

Manage rescheduling and communicate updates to both internal and external parties.

Support strategic planning by participating in forecasting and developing optimal training schedules.

Identify potential scheduling conflicts and operational risks, and propose effective resolutions.

Collaborate with Flight Training teams to ensure resource alignment and smooth operations.

Provide scheduling support across APAC training campuses.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Customer Training Operations processes and regulatory requirements.

Operate and maintain technical and scheduling systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness of training schedules.
